Our Initiatives

We connect imagination to implementation through innovation, by humanizing modern technologies to bring regenerative, renewable solutions to our planet.

Supporting zero waste water and RENEWABLE energy

Property Re-imagined

Beyond entitlements and getting approvals for land uses, our goal is always to find the highest and best use for a property because land is a scarce and precious resource. We are always questioning the intention behind each project, determining whether it is a site looking for a use or a use looking for a site. Every piece of land we touch is approached with the intention of creating a better world for humanity.

WATER AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Water is a life-giving force on this planet. In California, we understand what a precious resource water has become, which is why we are working to support zero waste water and implement radical new technologies to keep our ocean and water supply clean and in balance.

PUBLIC OUTREACH

Humanity has a symbiotic relationship with our environment. We work to keep people informed and knowledgeable about new projects and uses of land, energy and water, including much-needed infrastructure upgrades that will benefit all, especially generations to come.

Improved Quality of Life

When we put regenerative infrastructure in place, we promote resource and energy efficiency to achieve a better quality of life for all, both on land and in the ocean.

CURRENT INITIATIVES

Leaf Pack

We’ve collaborated with Leaf Pack, the founders of the world’s first-ever fully biodegradable coffee cup.

Monterey County has banned the use of single use plastic and in the process, it was determined that most disposable coffee cups being used were lined with plastic. Urban planners limited single use plastics and provided a list with solutions, proposing Leaf Pack’s biodegradable clean tech cup that is better for the environment and more cost effective.

PPG worked with Leaf Pack to identify regulatory processes that encourage biodegradable materials and limit single use plastics. helping to connect them with other municipalities outside of Monterey County and representing them in communities so their innovative solution for waste can be implemented more widely.

Langenburg Technologies

After identifying issues with our water supply in Laguna Beach, PPG has actively researched and sought out the most innovative solution for upgrading our water and energy infrastructure.

Langenburg Technologies has presented a solution that is so far above any other existing technologies in the zero waste water space.

Through water, power, and waste management, Langenburg has developed solutions for purifying & desalinating water, generating power, eliminating industrial effluent & toxic waste, creating portable frack water processing, and processing sewage & solid waste.

PPG will be representing the implementation of this technology throughout the state of California, helping to completely update and restructure how we produce clean water and process waste.
